Triple No Frost technology is our best solution to keep your fridge and freezer frost-free. This large capacity model features three independent evaporators that circulate air around your fridge, freezer, and convertible zone, so ice and moisture can't build up, so you're never left with soggy salads, and you'll never have to defrost your fridge or freezer again.
Active Fresh
Electronic controls constantly monitor the temperature inside your fridge and freezer, and quickly restore the right temperature when needed, so if you accidentally left the door open for a while, Hotpoint has you covered.
Convertible Zone/Multi Temperature Compartment
Turn your freezer into a fridge at the touch of a button whenever you need additional cooling space. The dedicated compartment has six temperature settings to choose from, so whether you've got a fridge bursting with BBQ food, or a freezer full of ice cream, there's a perfect temperature setting for you. Freeze your weekly shop at -7°C for an extra week of freshness and for a quick defrost. Alternatively, choose the -12°C setting for perfectly scoopable ice cream or -18°C for a traditional deep freeze.
Super Freeze drawers
The Super Freeze drawers allow you to quickly freeze your food, so when you return home with groceries and place them into the drawers, the function will rapidly drop the temperature of the appliance to help maintain the freshness of your food.
We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on many of the products sold at Kaizen Home. Some larger items, such as kitchen appliances and white goods, also come with an extended 10-year parts warranty. Please read the information below for further details:

Warranty Registration:

We are pleased to offer delivery across the UK, including to remote areas. However, please note that deliveries to more rural or hard-to-reach areas may take longer, and in some cases, additional delivery arrangements may be necessary.
While we make every effort to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by arranging for a replacement or refund.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate to avoid delays. We are unable to reroute packages once they are dispatched, and any errors in the address may lead to additional charges or delayed delivery.
