2. Orders and Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed during checkout.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are delivered directly by our suppliers. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and supplier schedules.

  • Standard delivery services are available within the UK. Some remote areas may incur additional charges or extended delivery times.

  • Customers must ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete. Kaizen Home is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that items can be delivered safely into their premises. Additional fees may apply for failed delivery attempts.


4. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer support team for instructions.

  • Products must be in resaleable condition with no signs of damage or use.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

  • Certain items, such as personalized or made-to-order products, are non-refundable unless faulty.


5. Warranty Policy

  • Most products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Larger appliances and white goods may include extended warranties of up to 10 years for parts, as outlined by the manufacturer.

  • Customers are required to register warranties directly with the manufacturer to activate coverage, especially for extended warranties.

  • Warranty claims, including repairs or replacements, must be processed directly with the manufacturer. Kaizen Home can assist with manufacturer contact details but does not handle claims directly.

  • Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or consumables.


6. Product Descriptions and Availability

  • While we aim to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.

  • Product availability is subject to stock levels with our suppliers. In the event of unavailability, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Kaizen Home acts as an intermediary between customers and suppliers. We are not responsible for any manufacturing defects, delays, or damages caused during transit by third-party couriers.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Cancellations
